Ok no corny joke or pop culture refrence this time, i love this shot. Although the shot is very minimalist i instantly see you creating a charachter here. The jacket and pose show me a powerful and influential CEO/ owner of her own company. The slightly messed hair and partial undress shows me this powerful woman's day has ended and its time to u wind and let the stresses of the day melt away. The thousand yard gaze though is what gets me most though. Despite this character wanting so bad to unwind and relax, that gaze tells me she is already thinking and planning her next hustle. The gears in ger head constantly turning are what got here to the position shes in, but make it hard for her to truly shut down, relax, and enjoy what shes built. Maybe im over thinking this shot but it really did strike me instantly. This story formed in my head quickly once i opened this photo. Fantastic work, personal opinio is this is one of your best shots.
Very nice picture, looks great on a white bg. But why no full body shot!?!?. Would have been superb. Ok, I know, it's publicity for your outfit and nothing should distract the eye too much away from it. Someone should have advertised shoes of boots too!
It depends on how empty or negative space is used. I'm positively sure a full body pose would have rocked. Empty space in this case, can only enhance the main focus point, which is you. That means a vertical shot, not increasing empty space. Thank you for your response and thoughts.
